You know how spring makes you crave something fresh and floral? This Spring Negroni is my answer to that feeling. It takes the classic cocktail formula and brightens it up with elderflower liqueur and a touch of Earl Grey tea, which is packed with antioxidants. The best part is how simple it is to pull together in just 45 minutes from start to finish. I love topping it with crisp pea shoots and snap peas for a garden fresh garnish that makes it feel fancy without any fuss. It's the perfect way to celebrate the season with a glass in hand.

Lime juice is packed with vitamin C, which is great for your immune system, and the whole thing takes just five minutes to throw together. Best part? It's incredibly budget friendly since you're probably already stocking most of these ingredients anyway.
