My go to sub sandwich is perfect when you're craving something hearty but don't have much time. With just 45 minutes from start to finish, this recipe comes together quickly for lunch or dinner. I layer beef bottom round steaks with ham, corned beef, and American cheese on sub rolls, then finish with sharp horseradish and caramelized onions. The beef is packed with iron and B vitamins that help keep your energy up, and it's such an affordable way to feed a crowd. Trust me, once you make this at home, you'll skip the deli counter for good.
