This Thai beef stir fry is my go to weeknight dinner because it comes together in just twenty minutes from start to finish. The beauty of it is how simple the technique really is, yet the flavors taste like you spent hours in the kitchen. Fresh basil brings an authentic Thai taste, while the beef gives you plenty of protein to keep you satisfied. I love using red chillies because they're packed with vitamin C and capsaicin, which can actually boost your metabolism. Best of all, it's budget friendly and uses ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.
