- 250 gall-purpose flour
- 175 gunsalted butter
- 100 gconfectioner's sugar
- 150 glight brown sugar
- 100 gtoffee bits(chopped)
- 5 gsalt
- 120 mlmilk
- 2 egglarge eggs
- 20 gbutter, melted
- 1flaky pastry dough(homemade or store-bought)

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Tip: Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the flaky pastry dough to a thickness of about 3mm. Place it in a 20cm (8in) tart pan with a removable bottom.
Tip: Press the pastry into the corners and edges of the pan.

In a medium saucepan, combine the light brown sugar, butter, and milk. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves.
Tip: Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low.

Add the toffee bits, salt, and flaky pastry dough to the saucepan. Stir until the toffee bits are evenly distributed.
