This toffee marble cake is one of my favorite go to desserts when I want something impressive but don't want to spend all day in the kitchen. With just 20 minutes of prep and 35 minutes in the oven, you'll have a stunning marbled cake that looks like you hired a pastry chef. The brown sugar in this recipe not only adds wonderful molasses notes but also contains minerals like potassium and calcium that regular white sugar lacks. What I love most is how simple it all is, you just need basic pantry staples and toffee bits to create something that tastes absolutely decadent. Your friends will be amazed when you tell them how quickly you pulled it together.
