Let me share one of my favorite cocktails that's become a go to when friends visit. The Toronto is a bold, sophisticated drink that comes together in just five minutes of actual prep work. What I love most is that Fernet Branca, that herbal Italian digestif, actually aids digestion, making this feel a bit more virtuous than your average cocktail. The beauty of this recipe is its simplicity and the fact that you probably have most of these ingredients on hand already. Just bourbon, Fernet, sugar syrup, bitters, and a touch of water combine to create something genuinely special. The thirty minute infusion time lets all those flavors marry beautifully, but honestly, it's worth the wait.
