This treacle flourless cake is one of my favorite go to desserts because it comes together so quickly, ready in just an hour from start to finish. The combination of golden syrup and treacle creates this wonderfully deep, molasses forward flavor that feels indulgent without being overly complicated. What I love most is how affordable it is to make, since the ingredients are all pantry staples you probably already have on hand. Eggs are packed with protein and choline, which is great for brain health, so you can feel a little better about enjoying a slice. The whole process is genuinely simple, making this perfect for a weeknight treat or when unexpected guests drop by.
