- 150 gall-purpose flour
- 100 ggranulated sugar
- 120 gunsalted butter
- 2 eggeggs
- 10 gbaking powder
- 5 gsalt

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350ºfF).

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the dark chocolate, golden syrup, and sugar. Melt the mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval, until smooth.
Tip: Be careful not to burn the chocolate.

Add the unsalted butter to the chocolate mixture and whisk until combined.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the chocolate mixture and mix until just combined.
