This Turkish grilled chicken salad is one of my go to meals when I want something healthy but don't have hours to spend cooking. The whole thing comes together in just 45 minutes, and honestly, most of that is just letting the chicken cook while you prep the fresh veggies. I love how the smoky grilled chicken pairs with the bright lemon dressing and crumbly feta, and the couscous makes it hearty enough for a complete dinner. Plus, all those fresh vegetables, especially the tomatoes and peppers, are loaded with vitamin C to boost your immune system. It's simple, affordable, and tastes like you spent way more effort than you actually did.
