- 150 gunsalted butter
- 2large eggs
- 10 mLpure vanilla extract

- 200 mLheavy cream
- 300 mLcaramel sauce
- 120 gbiscuit crumbs
- 20 gbutter, melted
- 10 gflaky sea salt
- 5 gfleur de sel
