- 120 mllime juice
- 60 mlfish sauce
- 30 gchili flakes
- 100 gpeanuts
- 150 gred onion
- 50 ggreen onions
- 60 mlsoy sauce
- 20 gbrown sugar
- 20 gtamarind paste
- 10 glime zest
- 20 mlsesame oil
Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine lime juice, fish sauce, chili flakes, and brown sugar. Blend until smooth.
