Here's my favorite frozen yogurt recipe that I've been making all summer. It's wonderfully creamy thanks to the rich greek yogurt, which is packed with protein to keep you satisfied. What I love most is how incredibly quick it comes together, requiring just 15 minutes of prep and no cooking at all. The white chocolate melts beautifully with the butter to create this silky sweetness, while the lemon juice adds a bright, refreshing tang that keeps it from being too heavy. Top it with those sliced almonds for a little crunch, and you've got yourself a treat that tastes indulgent but actually feels pretty wholesome.

Add the unsalted butter and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until fully incorporated.
Tip: Make sure the butter is melted before adding it to the mixture.
- 3
Stir in the honey until well combined.
Tip: Adjust the amount of honey to your taste.
- 4
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

- 5
Just before serving, sprinkle the sliced almonds on top of the frozen yogurt.
Tip: You can also use chopped nuts or other toppings of your choice.
- 6
Pour the mixture into a 20cm (8 inch) frozen yogurt mold or a metal loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
Tip: Make sure to press the mixture down firmly to remove any air bubbles.
- 7
Freeze for at least 2 hours or until the desired consistency is reached.
Tip: Check on the frozen yogurt after 1.5 hours and scrape it with a fork to break up any ice crystals.
- 8
Remove the frozen yogurt from the mold or pan and transfer it to an airtight container.
Tip: Cover the container with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and store in the freezer.
- 9
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tip: You can also garnish with additional sliced almonds or a sprinkle of powdered sugar, if desired.
