My grandmother passed down this treasured recipe to me years ago, and I've made it countless times for special weekend breakfasts. Caramelized brown sugar and butter create a luscious peach sauce that soaks right into thick slices of day old French bread, making this dish feel fancy without any fuss. The eggs provide protein to keep you satisfied all morning, and honestly, it's so simple to assemble the night before and just pop in the oven. Everyone always asks for seconds, and you'll love how the warm cinnamon spice mingles with those sweet peaches. This is pure comfort on a plate.
