- 800 gbrussels sprouts(trimmed and halved)
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 1lemon(zest and juice)
- 2 clovesgarlic(minced)
- 1 tspsalt
- 1 tsppepper(ground)
- 1 tspchili flakes
- 1 tspred pepper flakes

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and red pepper flakes.
Tip: Marinate Halloumi in the mixture for 15 minutes.
